NexuzPayz is a multi-currency financial platform for Ghana and Africa. The mobile app offers GHS virtual accounts, USD/EUR accounts, USDC/EURC stablecoin wallets, mobile money transfers, and GHS collections. Businesses can accept payments via our Merchant Collections API.

How do I get access?

The iOS and Android apps are in public beta. On iPhone, join via TestFlight. On Android, download the beta APK from our website. Merchants can contact sales to onboard to the Collections API.

Can I send mobile money?

Yes. Send to MTN, Telecel, and AirtelTigo mobile money wallets from your GHS balance. Recipient names are verified before send.

How do I collect GHS payments?

From your GHS virtual account you can generate payment links, trigger MoMo USSD collection prompts, or send SMS payment links to customers.

Card issuance is on our roadmap. You can view card placeholders in the app, but issuing and spending cards is not yet available.

How secure is NexuzPayz?

We use encrypted sessions, optional two-factor authentication (email, SMS, or biometric), biometric app unlock, device session management, and KYC identity verification via regulated partners.

What if I lose my phone?

Revoke active sessions from another device or contact support@nexuzpayz.com. Biometric and PIN unlock protect the app locally; your password is required for full logout and re-login.

How are webhooks verified?

Merchant webhooks include an X-NexuzPayz-Signature HMAC header. Your server must verify signatures using your webhook signing secret before updating order state.
